The NY Giants play an integral part in today’s post. They’re on the verge of the playoffs, thanks to the defensive play of lineman Justin Tuck and by winning the field-position game thanks to Punter Steve Weatherford. Tuck and Weatherford spent the vast majority of their off-season doing Egoscue and Patch Fitness, and their play this year has been inspiring. Here’s a glimpse of how they spent their off-season.
