Even though this post is from 2008, it was still the 8th-most read post of 2011. Three years ago I wrote about long-time Egoscue client, John Lynch, and what he did in the offseason to get ready for the NFL season. Lynch played 16 seasons in the NFL and has done Egoscue since he was in high school.
