I know a LOT of you have been told that running is bad for you. You’ve heard that your body isn’t built for running, that us humans weren’t designed to go long distances, and you certainly aren’t designed to run barefoot. However, I couldn’t disagree more.
This is a post I wrote right before the Country Music Marathon here in Nashville. This was a two-part series, and you can find Part 2 at the bottom of the post.
You’ll find that I don’t believe running is bad for you at all! We were designed to move, and as the old saying goes…move it, or lose it! If you don’t give your body the proper stimulus it needs, it will respond accordingly!
