I know it’s not January 1 yet, so you might not be in “New Year’s Resolution” mode, but I’m sure there are plenty of you who are either currently working out at the gym or heading back to the gym after being outside for the last several months. As the weather turns a bit colder, don’t let your workouts suffer! Put yourself in the best position possible by doing the following four exercises before you workout. Whether you enjoy running on the treadmill, lifting weights, or doing a group fitness class, you will feel better, look better and get more out of your time at the gym.
