Clint Boling’s Pro Day at Georgia
I wrote a few weeks ago about Kyle Adams’ successful Pro Day at Purdue. Last week was Clint Boling’s turn at UGA. Clint came to see us as he was preparing for the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Here’s what SportsIllustrated.com had to say about him (photo credit: Mike Comer):
Offensive lineman Clint Boling continues to impress scouts and rise up boards. Boling sat on most of his combine results but looked good in drills. He displayed better than expected footwork in pass protection and also looked powerful in run blocking drills. Boling has been branded by many as a limited athlete, yet he’s disproving this opinion. The ability to be used at several positions on the offensive line makes Boling a valuable commodity and will push him into the draft’s top 75 picks.
I love what they had to say about Clint: “Better than expected footwork“, “Looked powerful in run blocking” and he’s disproving the notion that he’s a “limited athlete.” Keep working hard, Clint! Best of luck the rest of the way.
