New Research on Running Barefoot
I just got Christopher McDougall’s “Born to Run” for Christmas, and I can’t wait to dive into it! I’ve heard amazing things about the book, and I’m a huge advocate of barefoot running. The latest study, published just last month, further propels the thinking that, “less is best” when it comes to your shoes.
